​Owner/Business Development Strategist & Data Analytics Consultant

​Karron Myrick has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of business development, marketing and financial planning. Her work experience in expanding U.S brands globally, identifying, and infusing new technologies into new products provides her an in-depth understanding of taking innovative research and technologies to the commercial sector. Her specialties include technology license agreements, distribution license agreements, acquisitions & divestiture, valuation modeling, manufacturing agreements, and finding global marketing partners.

Karron has a passion for small business, focused development, and collaboration. Every engagement is pursued with heart and as if the business was her own.​

Margaret Reynolds' experiences draw from a wide range of employers and industries, including banking, advertising, state government, higher education, nonprofit, and the U.S. Air Force. This range of experiences sets her apart from other consultants. Drawing from many years of direct experience with the ups and downs of the workplace, her work with clients promotes the growth, development, maturity, and improved functioning of teams and their workplaces.

​Margaret has expertise with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Group Facilitation Methods, Dialogue, and Conflict Dynamics Profile. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. This combination of business and workplace training skills helps her work with clients to produce workable business solutions that are outcome-focused, practical, and skills-based.​

Olivia Bullard
Intern

Olivia Bullard is a first year intern at Bear Technologies. She is a third year at Randolph-Macon College where she is a double major in both Business Management and Writing. Additionally, she participates on her school's equestrian team. 

Olivia's advanced experience in technology is allowing her to assist in research and analytics.

Denbigh Strickland
Data Analyst

Denbigh Strickland is a recent graduate from George Mason University's SCHAR College Undergraduate Program, receiving his BA in Government and International Politics Summa cum Laude in December of 2020. His experience working with data analytics in the national security industry and familiarity with comprehensive analytical tools enables him to generate insightful strategic approaches for clients.

Denbigh is excited to apply his technology and data-driven approach in a wide variety of industries in a capable, team-oriented work environment.

Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson is a second year intern at Bear Technologies. He is a senior at the University of Lynchburg where he has a Business Administration major with a double Minor in Marketing and Accounting.

Andrew is excited to bring his experience in the hospitality industry and business analytics performing work in a collaborative team environment and exploring customer needs.

Clair Norman
​Communications Strategist and Productivity Expert 

Clair is a strategic marketing and communications professional with a proven track record of assessing target audiences, creating and executing marketing and public relations programs from audit to implementation. As a freelance communication strategist, Clair has consulted for a broad range of clients including manufacturing, finance, healthcare, non-profit, and government agencies. With a proven ability to advance complex, large scale projects through relationship management, reporting, creative messaging, and strategic rollout using a variety of media, Clair is a creative thinker and effective team manager with a passion for energizing and advancing project goals with accountability. Additionally, Clair is a technical writer experienced in proposal development for government, research, and non-profit grant funding. Currently, Clair serves as Director of Marketing and Donor Relations for the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation. She is a three-time Ironman finisher and teaches lunchtime yoga in the corporate setting.

Mark Reynolds
​Business Integration Consultant

Mark Reynolds has over 30 years of sales, strategy development, and sales operations experience with Fortune 100 Companies such as Bayer, Merck, Ingenix Pharmaceuticals Services (Division of United HealthCare), Nabisco, and General Mills. More recently, Mark worked with Medpace and Kinapse, both privately held Health Services Companies in Sales Operations.

​Mark’s broad experience has enabled him to work closely in collaboration with other key non-sales areas of the business such as finance, marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and research and development to ensure full customer focus across all functional areas. He built multi-disciplined Key account sales teams and led the development of their strategic account plans. Mark has developed and implemented customer relationship management platforms, both home-grown and licensed from companies like SaleForce.com. In his sales operations roles with consumer products, pharmaceutical, and life science services companies, Mark has designed and implemented sales compensation packages, incentive plans, and rewards and recognition programs and has demonstrated a unique ability to customize them to address changing marketplace or customer dynamics. Mark has been recognized for his ability to identify key performance indicators (KPI’s) for business drivers and develop social reporting capabilities and formats for the CEOs and Board of Directors.

Mark is often complimented by CEOs and Executive Leadership teams for his unique ability to integrate himself into an organization at the highest and lowest levels as well as foster constructive change that is embraced by all and generates significant lasting business results.
